We prepare a good chicken broth with chicken carcasses and some vegetables. Strain and add a few cubes of chicken, carrot slices and some peeled chestnuts, cook for 20 minutes. We season with salt and accompany it with parsley and chestnut slices.
Tip: we can add Cuevas Chef cooked chestnuts, at the end of cooking and thus avoid the hard work of peeling them.
