Cuevas y Cía joins the project promoted by Clusaga (Food Cluster of Galicia) called “Na túa despensa, o mellor de Galicia” that will take place during the week of September 12 to 19 at the Santiago de Compostela Food Market. There will be eight days of product promotion from the Cluster’s member companies and in which tastings, live cooking and gastronomic experiences linked, in this case, to the range of products made up by the Cuevas Chef family. A line designed to give a touch of magic to traditional dishes but also to the most innovative proposals.
